JD Power Asia Pacific awards declared

JD Power Asia Pacific presented its annual awards at a graceful event at Shangri-La Eros hotel, Delhi on Tuesday 11th March, 2014. The awards were presented to the outstanding performers in terms of automotive customer satisfaction studies across India. Gerrit Kuyntjes, Vice President at J.D. Power Asia Pacific, presented the awards along with Mr Mohit Arora, Executive Director, JD Power Asia Pacific.

At the event, the Japanese manufacturers Honda, Maruti Suzuki along with Indian tire company MRF earned special recognition awards for their continued outstanding performance in meeting customer expectations. The 2013 Syndicated Study Awards were divided into six major categories as given below:

Most Dependable Premium Midsize Car—Chevrolet Cruze

2013 India Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study

Highest in Sales Satisfaction among Mass Market Brands—Maruti Suzuki and Honda (in a tie)
Highest in Sales Satisfaction among Luxury Brands—BMW

2013 India Customer Service Index (CSI)

Highest in Customer Satisfaction with After-Sales Service among Mass Market Brands—Maruti Suzuki (14 consecutive years)

JD Power Asia Pacific awards declared

Speaking on the event Gerrit Kuyntjes, VP at J.D.
