Kia Seltos And Kia Carens's Prices Hiked By Up To Rs 30,000

Even with the price hike, the starting price of both the models has remained unchanged

Kia has hiked prices of the top-spec Seltos variants by up to Rs 30,000.

The SUV is now priced between Rs 10.90 lakh and Rs 20.30 lakh.

Prices of the Carens have been increased by up to Rs 15,000.

The Kia MPV now costs Rs 10.45 lakh to Rs 19.45 lakh.
The Kia Seltos facelift was launched in July this year. Now, it has received its first price hike, although not all variants have been subjected to the price increment. The carmaker has also included the Kia Carens MPV in this round of price revision. Here’s a look at the revised variant-wise prices of the two Kia offerings:

The overall price range of the Kia Carens hasn’t been affected by the price hike, and the MPV is still priced between Rs 10.45 lakh and Rs 19.45 lakh.

Starting prices of petrol and diesel variants haven’t been subjected to the hike either.

Kia has increased the asking rate of the mid-spec variants of the Carens by up to Rs 15,000.

The Kia Seltos goes up against the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Honda Elevate, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Citroen C3 Aircross, and MG Astor. Kia’s Carens MPV takes on the Maruti Ertiga/Toyota Rumion and Maruti XL6, while also serving as an affordable alternative to the Toyota Innova Crysta and Toyota Innova Hycross.
