India's leading sports utility vehicle (SUV), Mahindra & Mahindra is now rumored to have silently introduced a new variant of its popular SUV called 4x4 SLE priced at Rs 10.72 lakh (ex-showroom, Bangalore), reports an auto portal. Now with the new 4x4 SLE V variant, Scorpio has total 4 variants; however, there are no official words on the same. The new Scropio SLE Variant gets some new safety features and equipment like ABS (anti-lock braking), powered outside mirrors, manual HVAC with rear vents, defogger, front fog lamps, rear wiper, keyless entry with immobilizer, power windows, central locking and a few others.
The new Variant also gets a voice-messaging system that alarms the driver verbally about open doors, engaged handbrake or any issue related to the vehicles. The other features include body coloured cladding, a rear seat arm rest and moulded door pads.
As per the report, there are no mechanical changes been made on the car, it retains the similar 2.2-litre mHawk turbo diesel engine, which returns the maximum power output of 120bhp and 290NM of peak torque. As we mentioned above, we haven't heard anything from the company officials on the new variant as of now, so stay tuned to CarDekho for the official confirmation. Cheers!
