Maruti to cut prices of its 11 models

India's auto car manufacturing company Maruti Suzuki has declared the cut down prices on its 11 model variants. These cut price range from Rs.6,500 to Rs.23,000. All these necessary steps have been taken by the company in the bid of 4% Cenvat rate cut downs been announced by Manmohan Singh after his becoming the finance minister in place on PC. According to the com[pany officials these decreased prices will come into effect after the mid-night of dec.7, 2008. In a bid to increase the sales the company has provided the customers with full term benifits, all passing them from government to public. The price reduction is specially announced for the models been manufactured at the Gurgaon and Manesar plants.
  There is no price reduction announed for the Grand Vitara model of the  company as it is not included in the price reduction list of vehicles been announced by the government. Earlier the previous time also when the excise duty on the vehicles were cut down from  16% to 12%, at that time also Maruti passed all the benefits to its customers.
