Mercedes Benz India introduces an exclusive Luxury Experience for its discerning customers by inaugurating the Centre of Excellence.
It's a one if a kind initiative by Mercedes -Benz India as it inaugurated a state of the art "Centre of Excellence" which is located in its production facility in Chakan.
The centre is created specially for exclusive customers and is a showpiece for the modern luxury car experience.
The Centre of Excellence features a dedicated helipad that can be used by the exclusive customers wanting to fly-in to customize their desired car.
Matthais Lührs, chairman of the board and Vice President global sales said, "We are delighted to inaugurate the cente of excellence in India. It is a one of a kind experience for our customers and will ensure that they live our completely brand experience and are able to personalize the speciality cars to their taste and preferences."
At the centre of excellence the customers can really experience their favourite cars and also personalize it with their style using the "iConfigurator." It empowers customers to preview the entire range if the MB and AMG portfolio digitally and experience the look and feel of the exteriors and interiors of their cars.
The company's new centre boasts of complete luxury atmosphere with segmented wall panels with integrated elements including brochures, latest accessories display and audiovisual display built into the wall panels unit.
Mr.Lührs said that Mercedes Benz has has an 11% growth globally and the biggest impact has been due to the compact car segment, the SUV segment has grown 17% and the new E-Class has been very successful.
Quarter 1 India will get to experience the S-class first as a CBU and then as a CKD. The aim for 2014 is to grow in double digits and grow faster than the market and this year will be called the "Year of Excellence" after 2013's aggressive year.
