The images of the facelift of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class are leaked on the Internet, prior to its unveiling. As most of the earlier spy pictures had suggested, the twin headlamps are now integrated into a single unit. The grille of the W212 has been revised, and it now resembles that of the S-Class. The hood looks more crowned, than before and the fascia sort of resembles its elder sibling, the S-Class.

The design of the front bumper has been revised and now the day-time LED lamps are integrated into the head lights. The E-Class was launched in 2009, and it made an entry in India by September 2009.

To revive the vehicle, Mercedes-Benz has given it a facelift. Not many changes are made to the silhouette of the E-Class, but it does get the blacked-out panoramic roof, like the refreshed C-Class. Even the tail lamps aren’t very different in styling.

Interiors haven’t seen many changes. It gets a new steering wheel, that looks sportier and even the controls on them look contemporary. More can be said, once the car is unveiled or more images of the vehicle are officially shared.
