More details emerge on Mercedes ML350 as launch approaches on May 15th

The all new Mercedes Benz ML 350  is going to drive in India this May. Mercedes Benz displayed this SUV at the Auto Expo this year and  the car was supposed to drive in April, however Mercedes retraced its steps as the excise duty was hiked with the Union Budget this year. The three pointed star brand revised its strategy and affixed  the month of May to finally bring in the SUV ML 350. Mercedes ML 350 CDI is powered by a 3.0L Common rail direct injection engine.The ML 350 BlueTec 4Matic yields 34 Bhp more peak power than the old ML 350 CDI, also the car comes mated with a seven speed 7G tronic automatic gearbox .

As for the torque figure with 63.2 kgm of torque, the new figure is about 10 kgm more than the previous version. The 2012 ML 350 CDI gives you a smooth drive with no hint of diesel motor rattle with a kerb weight of 2175 kg. As for the looks of the SUV, they have gone extremely alluring and all thanks to its larger proportions the car has more appeal and dynamism than its conservative predecessor does.  Mercedes designers have created a more gory beast with vividly cut wheel arches and a huge grille where three-pointed star sits proudly. The SUV also comes with customary off-roader cues like the imitation sump guard and windowsills.

The SUV  also comes with an automatic stop/start and brake energy recuperation functions, and standardized four-wheel-drive system. The five seater SUV has a stiffer chassis, offers high quality interiors, panache instruments, and spacious cabin, bountiful luggage space, state of the art entertainment and communication systems that adds wonder to the over all appeal of the car. Mercedes has not yet hinted over the price tag yet, but the market expects the new Mercedes M-class to carry an estimated price tag of Rs 69 lakh.
