New 2012 Honda CR-V may have third row

Here is good news for all those who have been craving for long to have third row seating in Honda CR-V. The Honda CR-V has been spied, this time with a third-row seating. Similarly pictures of Honda CR-V with a third row seating have become quite common. Lately, there were reports of delay in the finalization of the all new 2012 Honda CR-V due to the earthquake and tsunami that rocked Japan. Following the devastation in its home country, Honda delayed launch of most of its cars as well as the production of the existing offerings was also hampered badly.

With the reports of a revamp of the Honda CR-V, speculations began that the new Honda CR-V could either have a third row seating or it will have an enhanced boot space compared to its predecessors. Reports have also come in that the new 2012 Honda CR-V may have a tail lamp akin to Volvo XC90. The top and the back have also expectedly undergone a design change similar to a coupe. Besides, a third-row rumor and style changes, the Honda CR-V is expected to come up with a 2.4-liter VTEC, four-cylinder engine, probably a diesel one.

Once the diesel Honda CR-V is out, the SUV would be more feasible and affordable for people and it is expected that it would also witness a steep hike in sales once the diesel variant is out. It is also hoped that it would then be more feasible option to its competitors, Ford Endeavour and Toyota Fortuner. Both the Ford Endeavour and Toyota Fortuner SUVs already have a seating capacity for seven. The 2012 Honda CR-V price is India and the launch date are not out yet.
