New BMW X5 to launched in India

BMW, the German automobile manufacturer is planning to launch a face-lifted version of its SUV, BMW X5 for Indian market soon as the competition in this segment is increasing with the new launches of its competitors. To attract the segment buyers, BMW has upgraded the exterior as well as interior of the BMW X5 model.
The exteriors of the BMW has been made attractive with a new front bumper which has larger air ducts to keep the engine cool. While on the other hand the interiors of the model has been modified with a new trim with its latest iDrive technology and an array of options like park assistance systems.
To enhance the comfort providing ability and fuel economy of the BMW X5 company has made many up-gradations which includes an eight-speed automatic transmission engine as standard option. BMW is also claiming that fuel consumption is much better compare to previous model and the new engine manages to cut down emission level by a good margin.
Going further with its launches BMW has upgraded xDrive35d to xDrive40d, which again has a better fuel economy as well as lower CO2 emission levels. After the up-gradation the new xDrive35i will be the starting range model and the xDrive40d model will be the top end variant with a twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre V8 engine.
