This hatchback reportedly named as the 'Celerio'. Interestingly, media reports suggest that the vehicle get an automated manual transmission.
According to a report published on Economic Times, this automated manual transmission will remove the clutch pedal from the car, giving an automatic transmission feel to driver. Its low cost and gear shifting like any automatic transmission is the highlight of this transmission. The small car will have the hydraulic system that will allow the driver to shift gears without using the clutch. Driver can shift the gears either sequentially or fully automatically.
