Mahindra & Mahindra, India's leading SUV manufacturer has announced that its iconic SUV, Scorpio has crossed 4 lakh mark in the Indian car market. With sales of over 50,000 units for the past two years, the Mighty Muscular Scorpio has ruled the roads for 11 years, moving from strength to strength and transforming the SUV space in the country.
A couple of days back, Mahindra launched the Scorpio Special Edition for the Indian buyers, which comes equipped with several features like European leather interiors in beige and tan shades, leather wrapped gear knob and gear shift, integrated roof-mounted DVD player with 9" screen, leather wrapped steering wheel, Alloy wheels with signature chrome finish, Dual front SRS airbags and a high-gloss wood finished central bezel.
The Scorpio SUV is doing tremendous business in key areas of the nation including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Orissa, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh and the North East. The popularity of the Mahindra Scorpio is clearly seen on its facebook community with over 2 million fan, and over 4 million views on its Youtube Channel.
