Renault facing tough time with Indian Partners

Mahindra Renault the French car maker company seems to be facing tough times with its Indian partners.Mahindra Renault has asked Bajaj Auto to partner it in producing its model Renault Logan. Presently Mahindra Renault has 51:49 joint venture with Mahindra and Mahindra and jointly produce Mahindra Renault Logan. Renault Logan which is one of the most successful Mahindra Renault models around the world but has not had volume sales in India due to pricing issues and branding strategy.

Mahindra Renault has also denied the buzz about Bajaj Auto or any other company to replace Mahindra and Mahindra. Mahindra Renault is still committed to the Indian market, as well as to the Mahindra Renault JV and is committed to getting back on track. Chevrolet Cruze and Tata Manza will be seen on roads in India soon.
