Skoda Yeti launch to take place on 15th November in Mumbai

Skoda Yeti, the much awaited premium SUV from Skoda Motors is finally going to be launched on the 15th November'2010 in the financial capital of India. This premium Skoda SUV is expected to be available between the price range of Rs 10 Lakh to Rs 15 Lakh. The latest entrant from the Skoda stable, Yeti will come with a Diesel engine, the same that currently drives Skoda Superb. Skoda Yeti has already made its mark in the European market and sports a TSI Petrol engine, while in India the car would be launched with a 2.0L diesel engine. The car would come with a 5 Speed manual transmission gearbox and is sure to give a tough competition to its contemporaries like Mahindra Scorpio, Tata Safari, Maruti Grand Vitara and also the upcoming Tata model – Tata Indicruz. One of the biggest USPs of the car is the name it has made for itself in the International markets that has created a great buzz amidst the Indian automobile lovers ever since its launch was initially announced.
