Tata Motors enters into tie-up with Travancore

India's leading car manufacturer Tata Motors has entered into a tie up with State Bank Of Travancore for financing its passenger vehicles. The tie-up came after a series of tie-ups by Tata Motors with many PSU banks for financing its passenger vehicles. Before this Tata Motors has made tie-ups with one of the largest PSU banks like State Bank of India, Corporation Bank and Union Bank of India. Tata Motors is launching Tata Nano on 23rd of March 2009 and this tie-up will help buyers of Tata Nano in gating car loans.
Tata Motors is planning to launch many new model this year and for providing a single window for its vehicles as well as for car loans. State Bank of Travancore is one of the India's largest PSU bank and it has around 723 branches all across India. State Bank of Travancore provides loan of up to 85% of on road price of the vehicles for the duration of up to 7 years.
