Tata Motors starts ‘24x7 On-Road Assistance Program’

'Tata Motors has started a 24x7 on road assistance program’ for Tata Motors customers.
The service is started to provide its customers an all time service in the event of any unfortunate vehicle breakdown. The toll free no. for service is 1800 209 66 88.

Wheel chang through spare wheel, dealing with vehicle in the event of sudden lock-down, on-spot repairs, winching and towing are the main services which this program is providing.

This program will available by default for customers who are going to purchase their vehicles on or after February 1, 2009. And current customers of Tata Motors have to deposit a nominal fee annually for membership of this service.

 
This service is started in collaboration with My TVS which is a segment of T V Sundram Iyenagar & Sons Ltd. My TVS has a vast network of service providers across the country. All of these service providers are authorized and well trained in dealing with problems like how to deal with vehicle after sudden breakdown of vehicle. All the service providers are well equipped with towing and winching vehicle.
