The 1-above-base Pure variant of the facelifted 3-row Tata SUV comes with a 10.25-inch touchscreen and fully digital driver’s display.
The Tata Safari facelift has already been showcased and we now know what it looks like and what it has to offer in terms of features and safety. The updated SUV now also has a revised variant lineup: Smart, Pure, Adventure, and Accomplished. In case you are planning to go for the 1-above-base Pure variant, here’s what it looks like:
From the front, the Pure variant of the Safari facelift features a blacked-out Parametric grille with a big air dam and silver skid plate. Above the grille you get connected LED DRLs but without welcome and goodbye animations. It gets LED projector headlights, but Tata is not offering fog lamps with this variant of the Safari.
Talking about the profile of the Pure variant of the Safari facelift, it gets blacked–out ORVMs, body coloured door handles, and a ‘Safari’ moniker on the front doors. It also gets 17-inch alloy wheels. If you opt for the Adventure variant of the SUV which sits just above this Pure variant, you will get 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.
At the rear, the second-from-base variant of the Tata Safari facelift gets connected LED taillamps, although without the welcome and goodbye animations. You also get a shark fin antenna and a rear silver skid plate as well. Though it gets a rear wiper and washer, it misses out on a rear defogger.

The Pure variant of the updated SUV also comes with second and third-row AC vents, Type-A and Type-C charging ports for first and second row, an additional 45W Type-C charger at the front, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, Boss mode, and all four power windows.
