Tata Venture launched at Auto Expo

At Pragati Maidan, Delhi the companies are coming up with novel and beautiful cars for their excited viewers and every organization is putting up their best efforts to grab the attention of the media. Tata group Chairman Ratan Tata launched his yet another invention Tata Venture at the Auto Expo. Tata Venture is a hatchback sized eight seater MPV(Multi Purpose Vehicle).

Tata Venture has come up in a dual tone with beige and black theme interiors. It is facilitated with dual heating ventilation and air conditioning with roof mounted ducts. Tata Venture possesses attributes like power steering, power window, reverse parking aid, rear wipers and key-less entry with immobilizer. Tata Venture is powered by 1.4L turbo diesel engine which produces maximum power of 70PS.

Tata Venture will be available with seating capacity of 5,6,7 and 8 seats in three rows front facing configuration. The car will launch in June 2010 as per the announcement by the company. Ratan Tata commented at the event that two years back they had come up with world's cheapest car, Nano and at this show they had come up with variety of products. Tata Aria, Tata Indica Vista Electric and Tata Prima are the models that were displayed today. Jaguar XJ has also been launched.

Please give this vehicle two rear sliding doors instead of one, i bet, many are not aware of the missing RHS rear sliding door. Tata, please do this and watch the ratings soar even further, I would have given it a full 5 stars, but, for the missing rear door. Its very strange and hard to fathom how a vehicle that is designed as a 6-8 seater can make do with a single rear door.
