Tata Vista EV has commenced the production of its first electric vehicle in UK. It is a proud moment for the Indian based car manufacturer. The Indian auto maker is planning to produce 1,500 cars of Tata Indica Vista EV and as per the speculations it is expected to come with a price tag from £25,000 to £30,000. The new electric vehicle is entitled to receive a subsidy of £5000 which is issued on electric cars. This added advantage will surely help the India based car company to put the prices more competitively.

The electric car can speed from 0 to 100 kmph in minimum 10 seconds. Vista EV2 can race to 176 kmph on the full battery charge and can achieve 115 kmph of maximum speed. The electric car is capable of zipping through the city and the highway roads easily. Tata has developed the electric car along with Milji Grenland/ Innovasjon and its UK based subsidiary, however Tata Motor European Technical Centre, plc owns 70 per cent of its stakes. The big question here comes is the mileage Vista EV offers. As per the auto company, in one full charge it gives almost 110 miles. This is a big reason why the car is gaining popularity.

Tata Motors has brought this amazing electric car with a greater mileage which is definitely the talk of the town. However, for the Indian auto market Tata Vista EV is not expected for the next two years. India has taken the measures to start the green technology in the country, but due to poor infrastructure it will take a long time. For India Tata Motors came with Tata Indica eV2. This new car is a mileage leader with a promising 25 kmpl of mileage this car seems to cut through its competitors. It is equipped with common rail diesel engine and ensures power on the Indian shores.
