BMW India must be pretty excited at the moment gearing up to bring its Iconic brand Mini to India. After a long wait, though a worthy one, we will finally get to set our eyes upon the British marque Mini at the Hall No.9 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. BMW Mini is most likely to steal the show this time with the Mini hatchback, Mini convertible and a Mini Cooper Countryman crossover SUV expected to be up for display at the BMW stall during the Auto Expo that is to begin from January 5th next year.

So, hardly a week from now there is going to be some electrifying atmosphere in India where the count down for this show has already begun. And one of the hottest launches this season is definitely going to be from BMW. Other most anticipated cars from BMW will be the BMW M5 sedan, a limited edition BMW 7 series which will be open for customization apart from a new concept BMW Vision Connected Drive. With the BMW Mini price of around Rs 25 lakh, the German luxury car manufacturer hopes to increase the presence in the country rather than looking to drive volumes, not that it is possible with the ample price tag it is carrying.

Though there is a wide range of Mini cars offered in the global markets it is still a mystery as to what all models will BMW India bring in for the domestic car market. Right from Mini One, the lowest priced model in the Mini line-up to the sports car version of the Mini coupe apart from the convertible version are offered internationally. Sometime back, BMW India had mentioned about launching a separate dealerships for the Mini brand to keep it as a separate entity altogether. And the luxury car manufacturer will be importing the Mini cars into India as a CBU at least for the moment.
