September may have ushered the festive season in India, but the automobile industry doesn't have much reason to celebrate yet. Where it was good for some including Maruti Suzuki India, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Volkswagen group, some others like Tata Motors, Ford India, Hyundai recorded a drop. So September on the whole was an average one despite the uneven economic growth, which is a good sign.
