Visual differences between the two included blacked-out alloy wheels, black upholstery with red stitching, and black elements in the headlamps.
Toyota offered the Innova Crysta Touring Sport with two engines: a 2.4-litre diesel (150PS/343Nm) and a 2.7-litre petrol (166PS/245Nm). Transmission options were a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter. While the manual gearbox was offered in the VX variant, the AT came in the top-spec ZX.
In other news, the facelifted Innova Crysta has been unveiled in the Indonesian market and is expected to be launched in India in early-2021. Toyota is expected to price it at a premium over the current model that retails between Rs 15.66 lakh and Rs 23.63 lakh. Although it doesn’t have any direct rivals, it will take on the Mahindra Marazzo and Kia Carnival.
