Volvo Opens First Showroom In Rajasthan

The Scandinavian automaker has officially set foot into Rajasthan, with the inauguration of its first dealership in Jaipur 

Volvo Auto India has officially inaugurated its first dealership in the state of Rajasthan under the name of Morani Volvo, Jaipur. The 5500 sq ft showroom offers Scandinavian ambience and is situated in Sitabari, Tonk Road area of Jaipur. While a 17000 sq ft service centre is located in Sitapura Extension area. The automaker has assured that special training has been given to all the dealership employees under the supervision of the experts at Volvo.

As far as the products to be retailed are concerned, the entire luxury portfolio of the automaker will be retailed from here, including the recently launched S90 and the XC90 Excellence (India’s first plug-in hybrid SUV). The dealership was inaugurated today in the presence of Tom von Bonsdorff, managing director, Volvo Auto India.

Tom von Bonsdorff, managing director, Volvo Auto India said, “Opening a new dealership in Jaipur is a natural progression towards further strengthening our position in India. The city is one of the major business centres in Rajasthan and our partnership with Morani Volvo will target luxury car buyers and create more value for our increasing customer base in the city and connecting markets.
