Audi Unveils its S1 Sportback at Geneva Motor Show.

Audi, the Ingolstadt based company has unveiled its S1 Sportback at the ongoing 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The car is based on company's premier hatchback Audi A1 with some added performance that gives it a tittle of Sportback. The car is placed as an entry level vehicle in the Audi S model lineup, features the virtue of a sports car with its high performance delivering engine. The S1 Sportback is priced at Rs 26 lakh, is also expected to be made available for its Indian customers.
On the exterior, the car features its basic design element from the hatch sibling with added 17/18-inch wheels and 310mm front disc brakes. While inside the cabin, the MMI navigation, Bose Surround Sound Speaker, Large Infotainment System with folding color monitor adds more to its class leading features. Like the hatch S1, the S1 Sportback will also feature company's Quattro system which enables the vehicle to have a permanent all-wheel drive system for better driving experince.
Under the hood, the S1 Sportback shares its engine specification of S1 that carries a 2.0-litre, four cylinder Turbocharged TFSI engine that produces a power of 231bhp and torque of 370Nm.
