Force Motors seems to be working very hard on its passenger cars. Force Motors, which has been always known for its awesome commercial vehicle has now made its entry into the SUV segment of the Indian car market. Recently, it launched Force One SUV in Mumbai. This is the first ever passenger car introduced by the firm and as far as the cost is concerned, Force One price is tagged at Rs. 11 Lakh only. Now Force Motors is planning to come up with an MPV, which will be derived from the luxury van, Mercedes Benz Viano.

Force Motors is pretty ambitious about its entry into the passenger car segment in India and now with launch of its MPV on the cards, the firm is clearly putting all its efforts to make it big this time. The Force One MPV is expected to be based on the very luxurious and lavish Mercedes Benz Viano. This new MPV by Force Motors will be able to adjust 8 people very comfortably.
If reports are to be believed, Force Motors will bring in the entire plant from Daimler and plan to install it in Pithampur, where Force Motors MPV will be manufactured. However, there is no word about when this MPV will be launched in India, but it is expected that by the year 2013, Force Motors MPV will hit the Indian roads for sure.

It is being said that Force Motors MPV will have a striking resemblance with Tata Winger, which is basically derived from Renault Traffic. If there is a demand, the Force Motors MPV could be developed into the commercial van. Furthermore, Force Motors have plans to develop a twenty eight seater variant of its Traveller, which currently has the seating adjustment for twenty one people.Force Motors is surely aiming high and wish to be in the apex player list in the passenger car segment along with commercial vehicle segment of the Indian car market.
