Kia is offering the base-spec Premium and mid-spec Prestige variants with the rear seat entertainment package. The Carnival is also offered with various finance offers such as:
-
EMI Holiday Plan: Under this, a buyer can buy the Kia MPV and start paying for it after 90 days from the time of purchase.
-
Low EMI Plan: This plan allows buyers to pay an EMI of Rs 767 per lakh for the first six months.
-
Flexible EMI Plan: It gives buyers the choice to opt for 50 percent lower EMIs for three months every year for the tenure of the loan.
The Carnival is offered in India with a single powertrain option: a 2.2-litre diesel engine that belts out 200PS and 440Nm. This unit comes coupled with an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
While it doesn’t have any direct rivals in our market, it is positioned above the Toyota Innova Crysta and under the Toyota Vellfire and Mercedes-Benz V-Class. In other news, Kia has revealed the fourth-gen Carnival and is expected to launch it in India by 2022.
