The Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato was launched for our shores back in December 2022 and the carmaker had limited its production to just 1,499 units globally. Now, after almost a year, Lamborghini has delivered the first unit of the off-road-spec sports car in the country. Here is what it has to offer:
Tweaked Design
The overall design of the Huracan Sterrato is the same as the standard Huracan, but it gets some beefier and off-road-ready design changes. It gets LED auxiliary lights mounted below the bonnet line. Design changes also include flared wheel arches, new alloy wheels, beefier side skirts, roof rails and a roof scoop.
Sporty Cabin
Inside the Huracan Sterrato, the cabin layout is the same as the standard Huracan. It sports an ‘Alcantara Verde’ upholstery, and Sterrato-specific graphics in the digital driver’s display. Also, the displays now show off-road information such as a digital inclinometer (to check the pitch and roll of the vehicle), compass, geographic coordinate indicator and a steering angle indicator. The Huracan Sterrato also packs connected car tech and Amazon-Alexa connectivity.

Rally-ready Performance
The final pure ICE (internal combustion engine) offering from Lamborghini comes with a 5.2-litre V10 petrol engine that makes 610PS and 560Nm. It is mated to an all-wheel-drive setup and does the 0-100kmph run in 3.4 seconds. For reference, the Huracan EVO does the same in just 2.9 seconds. It sports a top speed of 260kmph and also features a “Rally” mode specifically for low traction conditions.
To make the Sterrato tackle dirt roads with ease, its ground clearance has been increased by 44mm, and its front and rear tracks have been increased by 30mm and 34mm, respectively. For added protection, it gets an aluminium front underbody, reinforced sills and sturdy wheel arches.
Price & Rivals
The Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato is priced at Rs 4.61 crore (ex-showroom) and is a direct competitor to the Porsche 911 Dakar edition, which has not been confirmed for India.
