The Mini version of Mahindra Xylo has been doing test runs at various places in India to check its feasibility. One of our friends Vivek Srivastva and his wife Parul from Mumbai spotted the vehicle doing test runs on Mumbai-Pune Express high way earlier this week.
The vehicle was caught around 15-20 km ahead of Lonavala. The new Xylo was camouflaged with stripped black and white pattern which makes the vehicle look like a zebra. Unlike existing Xylo, what makes it look sportier and gives it an SUV like look is rear mounted spare wheel.
As we have reported it earlier as well that the Mini Xylo is expected to be powered by a 1.5-litre 3-cylinder engine, which will churn out the maximum of 70bhp.
Whereas the expected price will be between Rs 6 lakh and 8 lakh. As per the word on street, Mahindra is planning to launch it during Diwali. Having a length lesser than four meters, and yet an impressive spaciousness make it actually look like ‘grown up Wagon R’.
Check this space for more updates on the same. Cheers!
