Maruti Suzuki Ertiga: The second-gen Ertiga MPV was launched near the end of 2018 and, with an average waiting time of 6 months, it’s hard to get a new one. Only buyers in Patna, where the waiting period is around 1 month, can get an Ertiga sooner.
Renault Lodgy: As the Ertiga’s rival, the Lodgy would be a lot easier to get, at least in terms of waiting periods. Cities like Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Ahmedabad and Kolkata don’t have any waiting times while the average wait period in other cities is around 15 days. The longest wait is for buyers in Hyderabad, who’d have to wait 25 days to get delivery of a new Renault Lodgy MPV.

Mahindra Marazzo: The wait time to get a new Marazzo varies wildly. Those in Lucknow have the longest wait of 45 days while buyers in Delhi, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Patna and Faridabad can collect theirs on the same day as purchased. The Marazzo is expected to get a petrol engine and the option of an automatic transmission in 2020.
Toyota Innova Crysta: The premium MPV choice can be had sooner than a new Ertiga, with no city having a waiting period longer than 3 months for a new Innova Crysta. That long wait will have to be endured by buyers in Delhi, Chennai, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh and Coimbatore. Meanwhile, only those in Bengaluru can get one on the same day. The average wait time in the rest of the cities ranges between 20 to 45 days for a new Toyota Innova Crysta.
