After revealing all the information about Ritz AT on its official website, the company has finally launched the vehicle in India at a price of Rs. 6.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) which brings the on-road cost of the vehicle to 6.46 lakh for Delhiites. And like we informed you earlier, the automatic version of the vehicle has been made available on the Ritz VXI ABS (Petrol) version, making the variant even more fun to ride.
The car that received the facelift of the similar vehicle back in September 2012, now offers the similar four-speed automatic gearbox to the vehicle used in A-Star and Swift Dzire. Positioned against the other B-Segment Cars including Honda Brio automatic and Hyundai i10, the Ritz AT is comparatively more expensive than other two.
Hyundai i10 and Honda Brio are available in two automatic variants, and the starting price of the vehicle are Rs. 5.24 lakh and 5.74 lakh. In fact the claimed fuel economy of 17.16kmpl too is almost similar to that of the other two competitors, so it is the brand name which is going to play a major role in deciding its future in India.
If all three vehicles are compared with each other, it's the Brio AT which has the most advanced automatic transmission system and offers best-in-class fuel economy. So we can see a close battle taking place between these two really good cars.
