Mercedes-Benz India records a sale of 745 in September

Mercedes-Benz India have recorded a growth of 12% with a total sale of 745 units in the month of September 2011as against 664 units in September 2010. Not just the numbers the company has also grown by 35% and have managed to sell 5635 units in the period from January-September 2011 while in the same period last year they had sold 4159 units.

Some of the major players that have contributed to this growth include company’s flagship sedan, Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the company’s best seller, Mercedes-Benz C-Class. So individually, in the month of September, Mercedes-Benz E-Class sold 333 units and the newly launched Mercedes- Benz C-Class remains a favorite by selling an impressive 293 units. Another segment leader from Mercedes-Benz portfolio, Mercedes-Benz S-Class sold 49 units in this month.
