Well this year has been great with new launches and revamping of lots of old car models. It was vastly witnessed in the Auto Expo early this year.

But as the year is ending, there is a buzz in the auto industry about the upcoming Auto Expo of 2011 which has already created lots of excitement in the market. One of the most reputed brand in the country Fiat India is planning to unveil the new Fiat Palio.

Fiat India is a joint venture between the parent company Fiat Group Auto mobiles and Tata Motors. The company has a state of the art facility at the Ranjangaon in Pune. The plant holds a capacity to manufacture 100,00 cars and 200,000 engines. The company also wishes to expand the capacity of the plant. The plant manufactures Fiat Palio Stile 1.1 and 1.6 models, Fiat Grande Punto and Fiat Linea. The facility also produces 1.3 litre Multijet diesel engine and 1.2 and 1.4 lire Fire petrol engine.

Now Fiat, is planning to come with the new Fiat Palio in India at the Auto Expo to be held next year. There's been a lot of activities happening at the companys front in the Brazil with the new model reaching its developing stage. But it is being observed that the model has created a hype in the market even before its launch.

As per the market the all new Fiat Palio is a crucial bet from Fiat as they have not upgraded the existing product to the BS4 standard. It has disappointed the Fiat Palio owners, the spare parts of the cars are not available. Fiat India rubbishing the views and is soon coming with the new car is in lines with Fiat Punto and Fiat Linea.

Well Fiat is known for its reputation worldwide, Fiat India has had problems in establishing themselves in India even though Fiat has won the recognitions many times. But is still facing hard times in India. However, the company has extensive plans to accelerate its slow growth.

As per the reviews, Fiat India can use the platform to gain the momentum in the Indian market by recalling the old Fiat Palio and having an exchange scheme with the New Fiat Palio. If this kind of scheme works, it will surely give a facelift to Fiat India. Well the new model comes with almost the same FIRE with multiair technology offering better efficiency and Multijet engine. Hope Fiat India can change its fate with the new Fiat Palio.
