Prof Rao also commented that the owner of Tata Groups, Ratan Tata has given him a huge sum of USD 15 million in order to have a right on the upcoming revolutionary technology. He also commented that Ratan Tata intends to incest in a company which has the technology to split water molecule in hydrogen and oxygen. As per Rao statement, if a water molecule is split into its primary atoms, hydrogen and oxygen, it gives great amount of energy and this energy is channelised can supplement as an environment friendly fuel. If the scientists are able to come up with such a technology, then an effective supplement of non renewable resources will reach people.
This entire technology will wrap up to solidify the dream seen by Ratan Tata, car running on water. The statements by Prof Rao were given by the Chemical Research Society of India.
