Renault Duster Bookings Touch 7300 Mark

Renault Duster has been constantly making headlines around for one after the other reasons. Yesterday CarDekho reported about Renault India's plans of offering the Duster in 5+2 seat option as a dealer fitment. Here comes the real BIG news, which has given Renault India one more reason to celebrate. The Renault Duster has touched the milestone of booking 7300+ units since its launch that took place on 4th of July.
What makes it more special is the fact that the Renault India has limited dealerships currently, still it has managed to get a massive opening. However, the bookings for the Renault Duster were opened about couple of weeks before the launch.
While launching the Renault Duster in Kerela yesterday, Marc Nassif, MD, Renault India said, "Last year, 1,500 cars were sold in the country. This year the company is aiming at selling at least 30,000 units." And the company has been said to be working on to take its outlet number to 100 by 2013, so if we put all things together, we are sure, Renault will be able to stand on what it said.
