Tata Indica EV To Make Its Debut In Europe Market

Tata Indica EV is ready with its hatchback which the company is all set to roll out in the global auto market. The company is conducting the hatchback's road test for Europe as per the reports. Tata Vista EV is one among the new EV cars which will be launched in Britain fetching 5,000 pound subsidy. As per the speculations Tata Vista EV will first see the dawn in Norway, UK and Denmark. In just one charge the car can run up to 177 km with a top speed of 114 kmph. The battery takes 8 hours to get charged. For India, the company is still not sure as there is no mature domestic auto market for electric cars.
Tata Motors on the other hand is all set to launch the revamped car model of its old yet powerful horse Tata Indica. It is reported that the hatchback will be loaded with CR4 powertrain. The new hatchback is christened as Tata Indica eV2 which will adorn a power pact CR4 engine capable of churning a power of 70PS at 4000 rpm and 140 Nm of peak torque at 1800-3000 rpm. Tata Indica eV2 offers a mileage of 25 kmph , which makes it the most fuel efficient car in India. Tata Indica eV2 low end variant without AC is expected to start at Rs 3.99 lakhs.
Tata Indica eV2 the hatchback has under gone various cosmetic changes and with added features it is sure to find the same space of its precedent. The small car will include re-cranking prevention, tachometer, clutch lock, new 14 inch alloy wheels, Auto Drive Assist (prevents stalling on steep inclines), Bluetooth compatible audio system, also USB and Aux ports. Tata Indica eV2 resembles its older generations but carries away with plastic wheel arches. Tata is sure to make it big with the revamped hatchback. Tata Indica has been a preferred choice for the Indian buyers crafted as per the Indian conditions.
Tata Motors has as many as 26 car models which rules the Indian auto market. The winning portfolio includes the world's cheapest Tata Nano to the crossover Tata Aria. The company has its name established in the global auto sector accredit to its acquisition of the British luxury car brand Jaguar and Range Rover.
