The Indian auto giant Tata Motors that launched the new Safari Storme in India in the last quarter of 2013, has now showcased a new concept of the car called the Mountain Rescue at Geneva Motor Show. Made exclusively for the snow covered nations of Europe, the concept has certainly been praised by the automotive fraternity and the fans around, thanks to its aggressive look and the eye-catching Red & White colour scheme.
The reason behind giving it the red and white colour scheme is to make sure that there might not any visibility issue in the snow. What further attracts is the snow Hankook DynaPro tyres, snorkel air intake and flash lights, proving it to be very competent in snow covered areas. The Basic design of the car however remains the same, it now receives projector type HID Xenon bulbs, roof top cargo box and the Mountain Rescue graphics at the sides and rear.
The company has also put the Automatic version if its flagship crossover, the Aria on display at the Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle was earlier displayed in India at the Indian auto expo in January 2012. Except the 6-speed automatic transmission gearbox, the Aria AT also gets some updates in design and fitments, it now features smoked headlamps, new tail lamp cluster, revised dashboard and some more changes, making it look refreshed. While the AT version is the production version, the Safari Storme Mountain Rescue is mere a concept at the moment, so the announcement on the production is still awaited.
Stay tuned to CarDekho for all the latest updates on the same. Cheers!
