The launch of Honda Amaze is barely a month far, and now the first ever Interior spy pictures of the car have come out ahead of its expected launch on April 11. These pictures seem to have been taken at a dealership by one of the Team-BHP members, further clearing all what Honda Amaze has to offer to its buyers. However, the interiors of the vehicle look almost similar to that of the Brio, on which the Amaze has been built on, the car has more to offer to its buyers than the Brio.
So now we get the clear idea of all the exterior and interior features, the car will come up with. While at the exterior the car gets a different grille with two horizontal lines running across unlike Brio's one. Bumpers of the car too have been changed and are now body coloured with fog lamps. The rear seems to have taken its inspiration from the company's flagship sedan Honda City, however it isn't as impressive as that of the City.
The Honda Amaze is likely to have a ground clearance of around 165mm, 4.6 metre turning radius, 8-spoke 14 inches alloy wheels and 175/65 R14 tyres. When it comes to features, the Amaze looks very identical to that of the Brio, as you can see almost similar dashboard, speedometer and dual-textured front seats with an Eco Indicator. The car also offers steering-mounted controls, big glovebox, beige dual-tone interiors and bottle holder on the door pocket, making it slightly better than the beautiful Brio. Also on offer is the similar music system offered with the Brio, which doesn't support the CDs, so you might have to spend some more bucks to get a better one.
Honda has also provided ample leg room for the second row passenger (thanks to extended wheelbase), centre armrest with cup holders, fabric seats with integrated headrest, making it a comfortable car. Moreover, the car is likely to have a bunch of exciting safety and comfort features including Manual AC, Dual air-bags, ABS & EBD, Driver's seat height adjust, Rear demister, blinkers integrated ORVMs 400-litre boot and some more features. However, many of the aforementioned features will be offered on the top-end variant of the car.
Engine details were already known to everyone, the Amaze will have two engine options a 1.2-litre petrol (Brio's engine) and 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine. While the 1.2-litre petrol engine returns an impressive power output of 87bhp, the 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine is likely to give 85-90bhp with claimed mileage of 23kmpl.
The vehicle will also be offered in an automatic variant, sporting the similar five-speed transmission used in Brio AT. The report further reveals that the vehicle will be offered in a total five colour options including Black, Silver, White, Azure Grey and Blue.
