Maruti Suzuki, the largest car maker to the country, is thinking over to launch a green car in India. The company is also looking in the Indo-Thai trade pact. According to the pact, imported components will be much cheaper from Thailand to India. This encourage the Maruti people to check the option. Mr Shinzo Nakanishi, MD and CEO of Maruti Suzuki, has confirmed the reports. He said that to keep the price tag of the eco-car low, the company could use the tie-up.
