After opening a new dealership outlet in Goa, the company is now keen on developing similar outlets in Indore, Bhubhneshwar and Jaipur. Realising the cost-sensitive nature of the Indian automobile market, both BMW and Mercedes have launched some newer versions and that would be offered at stripped down costs and would sport fewer features. These versions have been names as the “Corporate Editions” .

The net sales for Mercedes Benz in the period of January-April 2010 happens to be 1644 units when compared to 1014 units in the 2009, thus marking a tremendous increase of 62.1%.
