Second Consecutive Win: Audi India Tops FY15 Sales with 11,292 Units Sold

10 new products are in line to be launched this year in the country including the new Audi TT, the Audi Q3 Facelift and the next-gen Q7

Ingolstadt based luxury automaker - Audi, has retained its number one spot in the country for the second consecutive time in the luxury segment with its highest ever financial year sales clocking 11,292 units. With the retail of 11K+ vehicles in the period of April 2014 - March 2015, Audi India registered a growth of 11.51 percent when compared to FY14 - April 2013 - March 2014 with 10,126 units. Moreover, last year, Audi was also the first luxury automaker in the country to cross 10 thousand sales mark.

“We are very happy to retain the leadership position in the luxury car market for two consecutive years despite having only one major launch (Audi A3) in the last fiscal year. This clearly demonstrates the strength of the brand. We are now looking forward to an exciting 2015 with 10 new models including the Audi TT and new Audi Q3 coming up.” said Mr. Joe King, Head, Audi India.
