Beetle The People's Car Coming To India

Volkswagen is all set to launch its economy car Beetle in India by middle of 2009. Beetle is one of the oldest brands of cars and it also called the people’s car because of its economical cost.

India has a large number of middle class families and because of the phenomenal increase in income of Indian middle class here is a very big scope for these kind of economical cars. So the company is looking forward to capture market share in the economical car segment. Beetle is very famous in European market and it is very much considered economical in that market.

 Tata Motors is launching its most awaited car Tata Nano by the end of February 2009.and also because the beetle is not manufactured in India its cost will be a big factor for buyers.
