Honda brings Suzuki motors in ad issue

It has come to the notice of the Honda company that the Maruti Suzuki are using Honda's brand name as a defame tag and a disrespecting concerting view. These two car companies are fighting in against of each other not only in the war room but also outside in the electronic and paper media. The Honda Siel Cars, a subsidiary of the Honda Motors company has passed a legal notice to one of the major automaker of the nation that being Maruti Suzuki.
  The debate started when Maruti Suzuki claimed its one of the car model SX4 to be bigger than the Honda's segment leader car Honda City saying that the former car model is equipped with more number of features. It has come to the point that the Honda group released the notice on January 13. According to the advertisement, Honda City's entry level model is not equipped with integrated stereo system as a standard variant and moreover the car is shorter than other cars in terms of size and space. According to advertisement the Honda group believes that they are displayed with incorrect, inaccurate and distorted statements all in order to mislead the customers and making unfair trade practices. Honda group believes that this attempt will make the image of New Honda City to soil.
  It is to be noted that India's carmakers sell nearly two lakh mid-size cars every year. MOreover the mid-size car segment is the largest car segment of the country dominating nearly complete Indian market in terms of sales. In accordance to the notice the Honda group is asking the Maruti group to withdraw the advertisements immediately and is asking these groups to fill in the damages they made to the company sales. At present the Honda executives revealed that they are waiting for the respoces from the Maruti group. Maruti Suzuki on other hand believes that they are looking for necessary actions needed to be taken and are taking the issue very legally.
