This year, Tata Motors is all set to create an ‘IMPACT’ at Hall No 14 of the Indian Expo Mart in Greater Noida. In the largest stall of the 2016 Auto Expo, the company will showcase over 20 of its products. This time, Tata has a new mantra for the exhibition: #TataMotorsSmartHub. According to the Indian automaker, this has been derived from the ‘synergy between smart technology and smart products'. These 20+ products will comprise of both commercial and passenger vehicles. The passenger segment will be the star attraction, with cars like the Hexa, Nexon and the Zica-based sub-4 meter sedan code-named, KITE 5. Tata will also showcase its new passenger vehicle design language – IMPACT Design.

Zica hatchback will make its first global showcase at this Expo. The car has already been unveiled by the automaker and will replace the iconic Indica. It will be available in both fuel options: a 1.05-litre Revotorq diesel and a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine. These powertrains will most likely be shared by the Zica-based compact sedan. Adding to the stardom of Tata Motors Smart Hub will be the production ready Hexa. Much like the Aria, the Hexa is also a cross between a sedan and an SUV. The Hexa has been spied a couple of times, and so we have some idea about how the interiors would look. What's interesting about the car is that its interiors feature various drive modes. These modes - namely Automatic, Comfort, Dynamic and Rough-Road - can be selected using a rotary knob placed at the bottom of the centre console. The Tata Nexon and the Safari Storme Tuff will also make their debut at the Expo. Besides these, the much-anticipated Bolt Sport will also be showcased which will cater to sports car fans.

In the commercial segment, Tata will showcase the Prima World Truck alongside smaller vehicles like the Ace Mega XL and the Magic Iris Ziva. There will also be a dedicated section to showcase the T1 Prima Truck Racing, which is gaining popularity. Apart from vehicles, Tata’s stall will host customer interaction activities, such as an interactive design experience of customizing the ZICA, a visualizer and interactive zone to know more about the Revotron and the Revotorq engines, a personalization studio where visitors can create their own designs with the help of Tata Motors design team and an immersive sound experience powered by the HARMAN™ infotainment system. Cars like Zica Aktiv, Zest and Hexa Tuff will be featured with their body kits. #madeofgreat merchandise will also be launched and will be on sale at the Expo.

The Commercial Vehicles Hub will offer a virtual T1 Prima Truck Racing championship game which will utilise Kinect technology for a game that will be played using hand gestures. Fans will also get an opportunity to take a selfie with the T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship Trophy. The merchandise zone will offer trucking merchandise for truck-racing enthusiasts. 100 visitors will get a chance to win tickets to the upcoming season of the T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship 2016 as well.
