Just like the Indian car market, both Toyota Etios Liva and Toyota Etios sedan will be placed as built to price cars that proffer the consumers more for fewer prices. Toyota Etios hatchback will replace Toyota Tazz hatchback in South Africa. In India, the Toyota Etios twins have proved to be decent sellers for the company, but sadly wasn’t able to bring in any massive figures to the firm in spite of the fact that these cars are offered in both diesel and petrol versions in India. The major reason behind the not so impressive success in India for Toyota Etios twins is the not-so-unique looks. However, when looked upon the technical specifications, Etios is powered by 1.5 litre of petrol engine and 1.4 litre of turbo diesel motor.

The petrol variant is an impressive performer, while the diesel variant promises to deliver remarkable fuel efficiency. Of late, Toyota Motors had given a makeover to Toyota Etios Liva Hatchback in terms of interiors to make it look more alluring to the potential consumers. The Toyota Etios twins are both reliable and easy to maintain. Both are spacious and score high on practicality quotient. Therefore, it could be expected that Toyota Etios sedan and Toyota Etios hatchback could do extremely well in the South African car market.
