Honda Brio sneaked during its test run

Honda India will also join the race by launching its highly anticipated small car Honda Brio in India during the festive season in 2011. Auto biggies like Toyota also joined the bandwagon with the launch of its sporty hatchback Toyota Etios Liva in the market recently, priced competitively this small wagon has been successful in luring the customers so far and is expected to fuel sales of Toyota India.

The small car Honda Brio was caught taking test drives in India , though the car's fender and bonnet were covered with black tape and the headlamps were covered with plastic. The basic shape of the car was undisguised, the test car adorned steel wheels and plastic wheel covers.

In Thailand Honda Brio is also available in CVT version , however it is still not clear whether the Japanese auto major will offer that variant in India or not. Moreover Anti-lock brakes and airbags come as standard across all the variants in Thailand, it is being expected that Honda will offer the same thing or India. Honda Brios's interiors look impressive, the hooded dials, steering and the plastic quality altogether gives it an upmarket air. Honda Brio is scheduled to be launched during the festive season this year, Hodna Brio price is expected to fall under the range of Rs4.5 lakh.
