Honda is here with a Diesel Engine

Finally, the wait has come to an end as Honda as launched the Amaze, with a new diesel engine and the company will now introduce more such products in its line-up with diesel engines. The Honda Amaze petrol pricing starts at Rs 4.99lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and the diesel range starts at Rs 5.99lakh. The long wait for Honda's first diesel car finally gets over today, and let me be honest, Honda Amaze has all it takes to be a genuinely value for money car, and above everything it has Honda's brand name. Honda has launched the vehicle in a total 10 variants- 4 diesel, 4 petrol and two petrol automatic priced between Rs. 4.99 lakh and Rs. 7.60 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Is Honda Amaze a Swift DZire killer? 

Honda has finally launched the Amaze with pricing starting at Rs 4.99lakh. It is available with 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre oil burner options. The 1.2-litre gets two transmission options, one being a manual and the second being an automatic. Amaze is the first Honda in the country to get a diesel engine, and this has 98bhp of power and 200Nm of peak torque. Read more
