Chrome plated watches, been there done that. But, what would your reaction be if we said ‘Chrome plated car’? Now that’s something you don’t see every day. Well, now a few lucky Australians might actually get to see it at the MotorEx show at Sydney’s Homebush Bay, which is going to be held this weekend as Lexus presents their very first Chrome-wrapped LF-A in the world.

There would be a lot of modified and collectible vehicles. The Chrome plating is done the Exotic Graphix in Melbourne. At a base price of USD 721,700 in Australia, now that’s a huge amount to convert in INR as it comes close to Rs. 3.98 Crore, the Lexus LF-A Number 304 is one amongst the ten examples of supercars with V-10 engines that are allocated to Australia.

The total production would be of 500 cars.
