Mercedes Benz Pavilion at Auto Expo

Mercedes pavilion had set up at hall no. 15 fascinated with the showcase of car models. The environment went buzzing with stupendous dance performances and a not-so-common unveiling of car models. The performers unwrapped the cars on skates and with music energizing the pavilion with verve and enthusiasm. Mercedes has brought an array of cars with them to the Auto Expo. The Mercedes Pavilion represented the theme of “Pure Fascination” and every corner and every model from Mercedes was purely fascinating. 

The auto expo was crowded with media and viewers who were very much excited to get glimpse of the models. The company had also arranged reception for the media people to provide information about the company and the models, along with distribution of brochures and bags to media. The launch of the car models was attended by actress, Bipasha Basu.To enthral viewers Mercedes pavilion had showcased the chain of models like SLS AMG, S500L, SUV in GL class, CLS 63AMG, SLK55AMG, M class and Concept F at the auto expo 2010. Mercedes had showcased its most awaited car SLS AMG a natural successor to the 300 SL. The car was showstopper at Mercedes camp. The car has taken away the breath of the viewers with its spectacular gull-wing doors arching above the roofline. The car has stunning looks accentuated with the sweeping lines along its aluminum space-frame. The car has come with 6.3liter front-mid V8 engine which provides an acceleration of 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 sec and can reach a top speed of 317Km/h. The car is an ultimate sports car for SUV likes.

Going along with the eco theme of Auto Expo, Mercedes had displayed S 500L with the revolutionary Blue Efficiency technology. The car represents the incredible combination of luxury and safety.  The blue efficiency technology reduces the car’s impact on the environment and optimizes the every aspect of the automobile. The model that added grace to Mercedes stall at the auto expo was the coupe version of the E class. By the asset of its coupe form the car gives a hint of sportiness. The car adores streamlined body, all glass panoramic sunroof, the double stitched leather and polished wood trims.

Mercedes had showcased an SUV, a combination of comfort and style in the GL class. The SUV has seating capacity of seven with legroom that lets you in total luxury. Its strong characteristic is underlined by economical and low emission engines. To enhance the driving quality the SUV is equipped with 4MATIC permanent all-wheel drive and self –leveling 4 wheel independent air suspensions. The other models which were displayed were Concept F and M class. Concept F represented a fascinating new design with its innovative and unconventional proportions. The Concept Fascination has set up a new combination of sporty and elegant design. The car gives an idea to the users that Mercedes will continue to set up their standards in the future whether in driving pleasure, sustainability or comfort.
