Renault Fluence might have lost its ground in India, but this rendering of the Nex-Gen Fluence will blow your mind !
The Next-Gen Fluence has been digitally rendered, and man it looks gorgeous !. The car was spied a few days back on French soil but was covered in heavy camouflage. It is expected to be unveiled sometime in 2016. India? Nothing could be said right now, but because of the nominal sales of the current car and the upcoming expansion strategy might prompt Renault to bring it here sooner than expected.
Speaking of this car’s speculative portray, it gives an impression of the anatomy of the new model. The rendering heavily lifts the current image of Fluence with a new front end along with modified sides and rear. The front gets all-new headlamp cluster concealed in the signature front grill and a muscular bonnet. However, the designers of this rendering have refrained from putting in boomerang-shaped LED DRLs, that are slowly infusing into the newer generation of vehicle (Megane and Talisman) from the manufacturer.
Megane being a hatchback version of Fluence, is still quite different from this digital visual as it gets the characteristic boomerang-shaped LED, unique bumper setup, though the sides and the taillamps are more or less same.
This car could make it to the mainstream by the end of 2016 and could retain the same set of engine, which powers the current one. On the petrol front, it will get three options including a 100 bhp, a 130 bhp and a 205 bhp engine option. While there is only one diesel motor, 1.6 litre dci with 130 bhp. Though, here Fluence is powered by a 1.5 litre and 108 bhp diesel motor as the one found in Duster.
