Renault Koleos spotted in Chennai

Renault India has been giving surprises from last few months. Earlier it introduced Renault Fluence into the Indian Auto Market and now it is planning to launch the brand new Renault Koleos Crossover SUV soon in India. This SUV is expected to give a tough fight to Honda CR-V crossover, Chevrolet Captiva and Toyota Fortuner. Renault Koleos price is expected to fall under the range of Rs. 20 Lakh or so. Renault Koleos Crossover was recently wedged on the roads of Chennai during its test run.

The leaked images of this new Renault Koleos Crossover SUV on the internet show that it has undergone some major changes. This is actually a face-lifted variant of Renault Koleos SUV, which is accompanied with enhanced and stylish looks at front as well as at the back.

The Renault Koleos Crossover SUV will also come with better interiors, which are fresh and chic. Globally, Renault Koleos is offered in both diesel and petrol versions. The diesel variant of Renault Koleos comes with M9R diesel motor, which could churn out about 150 to 175 bhp of power, whereas the petrol variant keeps the capacity to produce 170 bhp of power. Even in India, Renault could offer this SUV in both variants same as it offered Renault Fluence sedan. The Renault Koleos Crossover SUV will come in both 4X4 and 4X2 wheel drive alternatives.

Renault Koleos specifications comprise of its twin hatch door at the back, which actually make the process of loading baggage very comfortable. Renault introduced Renault Fluence diesel version as a shredded down version of its petrol variant.
