Renault Reveals Kadjar; Public Debut at Geneva Motor Show

After tasting the fruit of success from Captur, Renault has now revealed Kadjar, company’s first C-segment crossover. The car will make its public debut at the 85th Geneva Motor Show starting 5th March 2015 where the full details will be released. The crossover will be first launched in countries of Europe, Africa and Mediterranean Basin and then finally in China. Renault Kadjar will be available with either four or two-wheel-drive transmission.
Based on the CMF platform (Common Module Family), the crossover measures 4.45 metres in long, 1.84 metres wide and offers a ground clearance of 190mm. With fluidic and athletic exterior styling, the car also features an LED light guide in the form of letter ‘C’ for the daytime running lights along with full LED twin head lights.
Inside the cabin, the SUV embraces a 1.4-square meter fixed glass sunroof which adds to the brightness of the cabin. While talking about the advance features, it gets a seven-inch capacitive color touchscreen TFT display, Renault R-Link 2®multimedia system with voice recognition navigation system. The boot space is pretty large which can be further extended by 60/40-split rear seats.
In terms of comfort and safety features, the car gets automated parking with reversing camera, emergency brake assist, lane departure warning and road-sign recognition with speed limit alerts.
